My Setup: 50,000 Automated Tasks Per Week

Most people think of "AI agent" as a single bot. That's like comparing an employee to a calculator.

For me, it's 16 specialized agents working together like a well-oiled team. And together, they handle more work than any human team – for less than 30€ per month.

But let me show you what this actually looks like.

My Agent Team

Each agent has a clear role. Just like in a real company:

• Emma – Executive Assistant
  The most important agent. She reads my emails, prioritizes them, writes responses, and only asks for my input on important decisions. She coordinates appointments, reminds me of to-dos, and maintains my CRM. Without Emma, I'd be lost.
• X – CTO
  My technical lead. Every pull request is first reviewed by X – style, bugs, security. Only when X gives the green light does it get merged. This has dramatically improved our code quality.
• Donna – Operations
  She monitors all other agents. If something goes wrong, she figures it out and fixes it. She creates reports, tracks metrics, and alerts me to critical issues.
• Don Draper – Marketing
  Content creation according to my content plan. Blog posts are drafted by her, social media posts created, newsletters prepared. I do the fine-tuning – she does the work.
• Plus 12 more agents
  For development, accounting, project management, customer support, research, and more.

The Numbers

After a year, my system looks like this:

• 50,000 tasks per week – that's more than a full-time employee in 50 hours can handle
• ~500 hours/month I no longer have to spend on administration
• API costs: under 30€/month – including all agents
• 0 downtime – the agents never sleep, never take breaks, never call in sick

A Typical Day

Last week, I was at an event in Emden. Out all day, no laptop with me. Still:

• 847 tasks completed
• Emails replied to
• Appointments confirmed
• An Instagram post published
• Pull requests reviewed

I didn't even look at my phone. The agents just kept working.
